PIAGGIO 500cc

I have for sale a Piaggio scooter engine that I was fitting in my single seater three wheeler but have now gone over to the dark side and fitted a zx9r engine.
the engine is a twist and go 500cc unit with all the running gear and clocks and has done ONLY 112 MILES from new.
It would be perfect for one of those MEV three wheeler comuters.
180 quid ono, or swaps for why.
Regards, Denis.

pick up only from E Yorkshire( Selby)

I agree but the piaggio x9 had a flat front where the rider ,an experienced motorcyclist stopped at a junction and forgot about the twist and go transmision and blipped the throttle like you do on a big jap bikewhile waiting. The scoot took off and side swiped a transit van.
