Yep it's just down to cc's then. Above 1549cc £205 below £125 per year.

That what mine is Q with a 1.8. If it says you need an mot fill in a V112 form for tax exemption BTW. Just had to do mine cos the dvla are muppets. I dont know who runs your post offices near you but go to one ran by english people if you need to use that form. Ours are all Indians and Pakistanis now and they havent a clue about things which arnt standard.

Interesting, just checked on the DVLA web site and I will pay £205 for my 2.1 pinto kit, for my 1800 petrol Golf and my 2.8 VR6 Galaxy but only £155 for my 53 plate 130 bhp Desiel Mondeo
