Sump (Raceline, Dunnell etc)
Bellhousing (Alloy Raceline or cast iron Ford)
Flywheel & Clutch (Zetec 1.8 or Pinto Racing)
Starter Motor (LRS707 if Zetec Flywheel, LRS743 if Xflow/Pinto Flywheel. Get a decent geared/hi-torque one otherwise the car will have problems starting when hot)
Alternator Mounting Kit
Alternator (Brise Mitsibushi or Nippon Denso)
Idler Pulley (Raceline + New belts)
Water Rail (Raceline, Retro Ford, Dunnell)
ECU (Omex, Emerald, Megasquirt etc) Remember to budget for mapping time
Intake (Jenveys, Carbs, Bke ITBs)
Exhaust (Decent 4-2-1).
Water Pump (which you already have)
ARP Bolts (Might as well do the crank bolts while it is out and sump is off. Will allow engine to go to 7.5K safely)

Can't think of anything else

Its been done to death, use the search facilty..

Basicaly,

1.8 flywheel
Mk1 Mondoe clutch
Capri cct133 release bearing
Spigot bearing
CVH or DOHC starter
Bike carbs
Megajolt
Reuse one of the serpentine pulleys for the idler
32mm pipe for the water rail

check out http://www.toyne.org.uk/zetec.html

invaluable resource imo.
includes details of making your own engine mounts, sump chop etc.
some stuff refers to Tigers in particular, but a lot of it is relevant to any zetec installation.

hope it helps!
