where to buy engine rebuild parts?

i have my 1.8 zetec striped down and im trying to find somewhere to buy shells rings and gaskets online at a reasonable price
anyone have any ideas?

Try Wilcox race engines - always good for reasonably priced crossflow bits, think they do zetecs now, too...

looked around and found a compony local that are very good on price and have a web page to
thay are called kar engine services http://www.karengine.co.uk

there are a few places on ebay i was going to use trechii http://www.trechii.com/
