Fuel hose nerd question
I apologise in advance for this question, but...
Are the fuel hose connectors that Vauxhall use on their fuel filters the same as those that the motorcycle manufacturers use?
They look the same so if they are....
Does this type of connector have a name?
Thanks,
Matt

In most cases you'll just replace the fuel hose anyway since what's on the bike won't be long enough to fit on a car.
I think nearly all BECs are just fuel hose and jubilee clips. No fancy connectors.
Windscreen Wipers
Need windscreen wipers for your car? Order from a friendly kit car owner.
Don't pay a garage to do them. You built a car for God's sake - I'm sure you can fit your own wipers!

In my case I have an intank gsxr1000 pump, but that is limited to maybe 170bhp.
You can upgrade the pump with a walbro gss342 which is plug and play. But I wanted an external filter and regulator to give me a bit more control.
The stock pump to TBI on the gsxr1000 is a short length with these funky connectors on each end, so I was hoping that I could reuse all of that. The
run to the front of the car is braided.
I just like the idea of using stock parts. If it all works I'll take a photo and you will see what I mean.

I guess no-one cares, but it does turn out to be the same connector.
