speedo blank

Hi all I have removed speedo cable and need to fit a blank in my type 9 where do I get one and does it fit the same as speedo cable as I have always used speedo supplied with kit before

tbh I just wouldn't bother, there's an oil seal to keep the dirt out and it will be quite happy with no cover. The speedo drive shaft is made of plastic so no rust problems

You could just chop the end off the cable, then put the end back.. Job done.

I found a handy-sized rubber stopper thing which fitted over the hole
