Large crimps for Live Feeds
Whats the best way to sort the live feeds to the battery
My wiring harness has four reasonable size cables that feed the fuse box etc, at the moment there are no connectors on it.
They all need to go to the batter along with the main feed to the starter and I think the cable to the alternator.
My odessey battery only has the 6mm bolt type connector.
My basic crimping tool and crimp won't be big enough to get all four into one.
Also joinnig larger gauge wires, again my wiring loom needs to connect to the column stalks and ingnition switch whats the best way to join the larger
gauge wires, I'd normally solder smaller guage together then heat shrink over the top.
Thoughts on the best way forward welcomed.

Look online at some of the car audio shops, They use large diameter cables up to OAWG and therefore have all the crimps available. As for tool i
squashed them down with a flat chissel.

How about these to turn your 6mm bolts into normal battery terminals, you can then use normal battery clamps, much easier to work with.

8 or 10mm microbore copper pipe 30mm long. All your multiple smaller cables into one end and a large one to the battery coming out of the other.
Solder and heatshrink and job is done.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

what sized cables, are the 4 you have ? and is the loom in the car
i have a crimp tool, and am localish to you

If you've not found anything big enough yet, I have a large crimper that will do anything up to 75mm2 cable although I only have crimps suitable
for up to 25mm2 cable at the mo.
