Road Trip

Hi All,

Well the time is here we are off on our 4th European Road Trip, we start on Thursday leaving Wales and heading for Dover from Dunkerque we are doing the following:-

Dunkerque to Souppes sur Loing, then onto Issoire, Narbonne (driving over the Milou bridge again). From Narbonne over the Pyranees to Andorra and then to Graus for a couple of nights, from Grause back over the Pyranees to Pic du Midi and then slowly drive back via Condom, La Bruiliac, Chateauxdun and Noyelles sur Mer onto Dunkerque and then up to Newark.

The car and trailer have been serviced, wheels taken off and cleaned and polished just got the rest of the car to do and that is us ready to go.

As on all previous trips the route can change due to our wants etc.

See you all at Newark.

Regards

Bob

We did Pic Du Midi last year, if there is an evening tour try and go, fantastic views, great sunset and then stargazing from the terrace, one of the best evenings we have had. (gets cold at 10,000ft after dark though!!) and to top that off a nice drive back to our Gite on empty roads with the roof down.

If you get a chance the Gorges du Tarn north east from Millau are fantastic.

By coincidence 8 of us are on our annual Alps tour in a bit over two weeks time. This year starting from Bilboa then through the Pyranees (50% in France 50% in Spain) then looping up through the French and Swiss Alps and finally cross country back to Calais.

Have fun, this is our fifth year as it is very addictive. ~2,500miles in 10 days. Who says you can't tour in BECS
