think thats for carbs. i think injection systems usually run around 45psi?

If you are running injection 3.0 - 4.0 psiaint gonna be enough. Get a universal bosch one or one off a cavalier like this

Afraid that's for twin carb's

Look for a Bosch one as used on Vauxhall's or one off a VW Golf etc
