Clear Out (phase 6) - 1300cc Short Engine and Head

1300cc engine built as a Locost Racing Championship Spare.

Spec:

+060" T19 711M block, decked to 0. Core plugs all good, 1 replaced during rebuild
+060" pistons and rings
+030" crankshaft, balanced
P103/4 profile camshaft (not marked by Kent, but correct cam)
1300cc sump (not shortened just used to protect bottom end)
Timing cover, flywheel end cover and standard steel pulley

Engine has been raced a couple of times (with the head listed in another thread, details at the end of the listing). I used to take this engine to Locost events to swap over if required. Has been used for 3 or 4 races and I couldn't tell the difference between this and my other engine. Engineering work completed by Slark Race Engineering, Amesbury.

Not sure about the price, so let's say £320 collected.

1300cc Cylinder head. Very good condition with standard inlet and exhaust valves fitted. Inlet threads good and exhaust studs fitted, with good threads. Spark plug threads good. Numbers stamped on the top are 1k1 37 and T11. This head is ready to go and has previously been used as a spare for a racing Locost, completing 3 or 4 races.

£80 collected

Engine and Head together £350 and I'll throw in push rods and rocker gear too. That's cheap for a race spec engine.
