Hi Relph,
As it would happen, we've just put a 3.14 I had lying around here back together to sell it off...my Striker got converted to car power last year
so it had a 3.92 dropped into it. It's had the backlash adjusted and I was going to give it a lick of paint this evening.
I'm located in Holland (ex-pat, moved here for a 3 month contract 15 years ago and something went wrong!  ) but I can drop it in the post.
I'd say: make me an offer I can't possibly refuse!

Is the gearing OK on 3.14?
Out of interest, I have a type 9 gearbox, 3.14 diff and 17 inch wheels on the Dax I am building.
What is the gearing likely to be on that?? Will it be too high geared for the road??
Building a Dax Rush.

I could be wrong but i think car engined cars normally run something like a 3.92.
I have a spare 3.92 and a 3.62 if you wanted to do some sort of deal with cash your way ??

3.14 and 3.38 are usually only necessary when you have Bike engine in there.
I would put a 3.6 or 3.9 in, depending on what car engine you put in.
With my 200Bhp Rover V8 on a 3.63 diff with 17" wheels, and a 5 speed LT77 box, my theoretical top speed is 153mph at 6,000 rpm.
There is just NO way it will pull past about 130-135mph (On the track of course).
I would stick to a 3.9, it will go very well, and still have a decent top speed of 100+ (on the trackof course!!). Unless you have 200Bhp plus, then
in which case you could probably get away with a 3.63.
Just my 2d's worth.

I'm in total agreement, a 3.92 is what you need. That's industry standard for CECs over here...with the net result being that that ratio
has now become almost as rare as the 3.14s here!
