type 9 clutch arm boot

I am in need of a type 9 gearbox clutch arm rubber boot and metal retaining clip must be in good condition.

Well in 2006 when I wanted one I got it from the local Ford Dealers, mind you things may have changed in six years. HTH Ray

There's 2 on ebay now FORD SIERRA SAPPHIRE MK2 COSWORTH 4WD CLUTCH FORK BOOT. NEW GENUINE FORD


I bought mine from quantum about 2 years ago for £10 + post s/hand, so being as they are getting thin on the ground I guess the price aint so bad.



Edit: listed as cossie ones 4x4 so mt75 IIRC not type 9 obviously but it does look just like the one I have

Hi,
I have been to ford dealer they can get the boot from ford dealer for arond £15 but it is no good without the retaining clip.

I think you could make a suitable clip out of some sheet, it's only a bit of bent steel

Having a clear out - see for sale but thought I would have a look through the wants as well to see what matches

Boot, spring clip and the clutch arm tension spring £12 + P&P or collect, whatever.

For info part number is 71BB - K 7632 - AA
