The fan is a Rover Metro I think. Does anyone know the connector type & where to get one from?

First places I'd look would be Vehicle Wiring Products or Premier Looms. Failing that, a scrappy visit with a pair of cutters to retrieve one with some cable attached.

connector

Hi

I would just use 2 small spade connectors, or solder a pair of wires on with heat-shrink
job done.
Otherwise if you absolutely want a plug, a trip to the scrap yard as said
good luck

2 small spade connectors pushed on and then filled up with sikaflex to seal from the elements, this how I did mine and has been a good as gold and looks oem if done right.

Cheers

Rich

Thanks, I think I'll go the sikaflex route. I'll put a bit of vaseline around the inside of the connector so hopefully I'll be able to remove it if necessary. Cheers.

Dataspares offer a good selection of connectors and connections.

Here's their two pin offerings....
