MK customer service

Hi all,

What is the general experience with customer service from MK Engineering??

I sent an email a few days ago requesting more information about the GT-R and haven't heard anything back yet.

Also, any opinions on the Dominator - anyone seen it in the flesh yet?

Thanks,

Jon.

My experience has been very good, but I think they have a spot of bother with e-mail some times.. Best give them a call.

Dan

MK Engineering and MK Sportscars are now seperate.

Martin is mostly in his workshop all day and the best way to contact him is via telephone. Just keep trying, I have no special line etc but I always seem to get through.

It is the same with Ian Grey of ST. Has terrible trouble with email, so just phone.

I suspect you'l get through perfectly well, which is why most people email.

Adam

They both call me names when I arrive

Can't understand it

Set of b@#%$&s!

Cheers

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

Never had anything but brilliant customer service with MK, really friendly blokes, and when your there, seems like nothing is too much trouble for them. They once were a little late sending an order off to me, but as soon as i phoned them they got it off straight away to me for free postage.

They might be a little bit disorganised, but i think they have got better recentley, maybe because of the reshuffle. They arnt too hot on answering emails but i just phone them if they ned anything these days.

All the lads at MK have always been more than helpful before and after the reorganisation.
Nothing is too much trouble and you never feel like you're in the way when asking for advice or silly bits and bobs, too finish bits off.

I was about to start a new thread until I saw this one and thought it appropriate.

Some of you may have seen my thread about the problems I had with my fiberglass panels. This was the early stuff done by some guy who lives on a boat. I had a chat with Barry and he did a fantastic deal on the remaining bits I needed. He even sorted it so I could pick them up direct from their supplier and save me having to travel all the way to Langold. I collected a bonnet and side panels today and the quality is spot on.

Well done the guys at MK, excellent customer service.
