Anyone here built a teardrop caravan?

Since the fiancée has informed me she's not a fan of camping I've decided to have a go at a teardrop style home built caravanette to pull behind the jago
Anyone here built one or got any useful tips?

That's very impressive (though not as impressive as his workshop!) but with the amount of thick plywood used I reckon it will be a pretty heavy lump to tow.

I started to build one in 2011, then I ran out of money, it's still in the back garden covered with a tarp.

Here is a link to my Google+ Gallery. http://goo.gl/N07Wk

If that doesn't work, here's my Flickr Gallery. http://goo.gl/iJIU1

Although I started to build this for the Locost, I think it might be too heavy with the steel chassis and wood, I think fibreglass would be lighter.

Spars are now in by RoadkillUK, on Flickr
