blacktop coolant diagram with heater

anyone got a coolant diagram for black top incorprorating a heater
a using rover expansion bottle

Sorry i dont have one for a heater but if you use this one, the blanked off hose on the thermostat run that to the heater inlet and then run a hose from the heater outlet and use a T piece to connect it into the hose that comes off the bottom of the header tank as far away from the tank as possible (as close to where the hose off the bottom of the header tank T's into the hose already on the diagram.

The heater just returns to the bottom hose along with the bypass and the header tank.

No, not like that, heater returns into the bypass hose promoting quick heat up during thermostat closed position.

Going into the header tank hose there will cause surge. Dont do it!

Ford zetec bypass hose OEM.

Bigger hose outlet on left goes to bottom hose close to water pump, two smaller inlets on right are from the thermo housing bypass and the heater return.
