Edge starter motor issue
Hi All.
Have an issue with my Edge starter motor, started yesterday intermittent click when turning the key, as though the battery was low, then started.
Totally wont turn over today , battery fine, as lights don't dim when I try to start , just the click. could it be a solenoid.Not very old and
has done very little work,Anybody had any experience with these starters please. Any idea of some one that would service or supply spares if ness ,
was going to take it off tonight and have a look, have already checked connections.

The fact that the lights don't dim makes me wonder if any current is being drawn when you try to start it. Could it be a poor connection on the
starter/solenoid or bad engine earth? I would expect to see some dimming.

Good point, was going to check all the connections again before I spent all the time of getting it off , thanks.
