just had a quick look are you planing on manafacturing youer own calipers or wher the mols just the for checing for clerence?

If you are going to make you own calipers, base the pickups on some thing production, that way make 100 and sell 99 to recoup the cost - I am sue there will be takers here!

Solid axle !!!

You'll be off at the first corner unless you lift the inside wheel clear of the ground. Sorry but that idea is a non starter and with 10" wheels it'll top out around 50mph unless you get some custom sprockets made, but the rear one will probably be bigger than the wheels. I fear you have some serious grief ahead of you but hope you persevere.
