duratec flywheels

Hi,

Just wondered if someone can confirm the number of teeth and diameters of the two different flywheel sizes fitted to Duratec's?

I have two different ones one being 112 teeth and one 110, and need a starter motor to match....
I think the 110 teeth version is the single mass st150 version and the 112 is the DMF size?

What was the 112 tooth variant fitted to? all Mondeo Duratec's? both 1.8 and 2.0L? and Cmax? Smax? Focus? etc.

Thanks Mike

The mondeo starter is for the slightly larger fylwheel, so the mondeo starter is the one to avoid. Flakmonkey used one and had to turn some thickness of the mounting flange to make it fit.

My engine is ST150 and had plain flywheel can use the Focus one which I did or the ST150 obviously.

Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016
