Front ARB angles

I am looking to replace the front ARB with tie bars on my kit car with Sierra based suspension. I now have a full set of instructions, but have a question about the horizontal angle that the tie bar should sit.

At present the ARB arm on my car is angled upwards from its pivot point on the chassis by about 4deg towards the track control arm (tca). I believe this is poor design as it encourages diving under heavy breaking and being a different angle to the original Sierra imparts a twist to the bushes on the tca.

So my question is, what was the original angle of the ARB on the Sierra - I have seen mention of 10 and 15 degrees downward from the pivot point on the chassis.
