Alloy wheel identification

I've got four used 6.5J x 14 alloys stashed in my shed which I bought so long ago I can't remember what make the vendor said they were.
They have the letters RW cast into them, along with the word Francorchamps, but I've tried Googling this to no avail, anyone recognise them?

They did to me, but neither 'TSW' nor 'Hockenheim' appears anywhere on them, making me suspect they're someone's cheaper Hockenheim-alike.

I have a set of 17's that are almost identical. They are made by Smiths but I can't find any info on them either.

RW Wheels were in Gent, Belgium until the 90s apparently - can't find anything on that particular model though?

ETA - mentioned in this brochure though?
