Where to get poly bushes?

Need to replace all the poly bushes in my MK Indy suspension as the creaking & squeaking is doing my head in they have been on the car since build so could do with replacing them all & the metal spacers too, where's the best place to get them from? Also does anyone have a definitive answer as to what to put on the bushes to stop the creaking in the future?? Cheers.

I've always used Wisbech engineering for these, good prices and reliable service.

You'll need to ring them to check the sizing, I also used their stainless inners but they didn't have the correct length so I had to turn down some longer ones, you'll find them pretty helpful though.

I bought mine off ebay,

Mine is a book built locost, and I had to reduce every suspension bush tube to 32mm from 36
and also make some inners as the supplied ones were to short

I used normal LM grease, to lubricate the inner and ends
