What just the sleeve? If so I think I have one for an adjustable column.

Yes just the bit at the steering wheel end with the lock and bearings.

Pictures in my archive in steering column folder (column 1 & column 2).... Not sure it is complete enough... There are no bearings or a lock
barrel. It was new from ford (a while back)
