Sticky for DVLA/registration forms
I can't find one on the site. It seems a lot of people have questions so would it make sense to have a sticky walk through. It would be good to
know what works for most people. That way DVLA aren't going to send them back as incomplete.
I'm doing my forms today and there's going to be a hell of a lot of questions unanswered on the forms because either the info isn't
on the IVA cert or not available elsewhere.
There's other questions too, such as whether they need to see build plans etc.
