WTD help to collect a car

I have a new project to collect from
Near Hertford (in Hertfordshire funnily enough)
I'm hoping to keep costs low as the wife is really against me
Having this I'm trying to beg a loan if a car trailer or someone to help me with there trailer to collect a Wolsey 1500
And move it from herford to flitwick
Bedfordshire

I can be flexible with collection dates if anyone is able to help

Hoping to do it for either beer money or labour exchange as the cheaper I keep it the less time I spend in the dog house

£55 plus £250 deposit can't get away with that the mrs would notice part if the deal about her not moaning too much is that I can get it home free/ cheap she won't care that it's only a deposit

Hi carl,

No trailer but have a towbar on the car. Although you probably have a towbar thinking about it as you wouldn't be asking for a loan trailer....

Sorry to not be much help

Thought it was quite amusing banter myself. No need to be so touchy. I've done loads of projects that have peed the mrs off big time. She always comes round in the end

It would swallow up to £100 in diesel and the car weighs 950kg so apart from taking a day to complete counts most locosters out, my trailer is good to maybe 700kg so I cannot help even though I am "on route"

If you can get on a return journey on a lorry it is probably close to this anyway.

I'm getting confused, is it just a lend of a trailer, or are you after someone to help pick the new car up?
