The bodyshell on that looks suspiciously like the old Dove Motor Company Barchetta 595.
Presumably someone got hold of the moulds or a copy of the bodyshell and MK knocked up a chassis for it?
The original design had involvement from both Peter Stevens and Gordon Murray, IIRC, so quite a pedigree.

You are spot on it is uk lee that had a blue one Martin Keenan made the chassis for it
in fact that looks as if it could be his old car with the MK badge on the front
