Guess my problem-fuelling issue

Been out for the first test drive with the Duratec fitted today

But then I've run into a problem. Car is fine at idle (AFR about 13.4), fine when I give it some welly (AFR in the 11-13 range so abit rich if anything), but when cruising at steady RPM/load the AFR goes off the scale lean and the car looses power. Also when coming off a full throttle run, the AFR goes lean on the way down.

I've had the fuel pipe off at the carbs and the flowrate is good and also the carb pre-filter has been checked and was spotless. This ties in with there being plenty of fuel and a good AFR when at full throttle. While messing around today I also raised the needles one groove to richen things up and there has been no difference.

To me this is all pointing towards blocked pilot jets in the carbs (ZX6Rs) - hopefully going to pull them apart tomorrow but just wondered if anyone had any smart ideas of things to check/look for.

Below are a couple of megajolt logs that show the AFR going lean.

Cheers

Dave
