Cross Supersport Kit anyone heard of it?
Hi,
A guy got a Cross Supersport with Redtop 175bhp for sale, 2 previous oners 6000ono. Anybody ever heard of this kit or make of Lotus 7 tyle car?

Presumably just what the builder registered a locost or other kit as?
But happy to be proved wrong

Yeah that's the one. Seller seems OK says got loads of paperwork. I won't pay 6k for it, got Capri brakes all round, original donor was
mk2 escort which has been replaced. Motors done 5400 since rebuild. Might look at but cannot find any info on Cross.

When you register a kit you can call it what you like (within reason!! ), so my guess would be it was built by a Mr Cross (perhaps a relation to Mr
Angry!) & he decided to call it a Supersport like a Caterham Supersport, hence Cross Supersport
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names

Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

That's what I thought, but speaking to the seller he has an official brochure from Cross for the Supersport. Searched the net but cannot find
any info.
