Spacers and clutch cable holder

Hi,
Does anyone have a pair of 16mm hubcentric wheel spacers for Ford fitment lying around that they would like to get rid of?

Also looking for (if one exists) a grommet/plastic insert that the clutch cable goes through on a type9 gearbox to hold it in place just before the clutch arm.
