steering rack

hiya can anyone please tell me if the ford escort rack is the only one for the Haynes roadster or can u use another from other donors. many thanks. Ron.

Building: MK Indy - built, driven & sold

The MK Indy used a narrowed Sierra rack, I suspect the Roadster has been designed to use the Escort rack. Ebay or Burton I believe can supply you with a new rack if you need one.
