Starter Motor Q

Who has expertise with starter motors? Just want to ID one I have. It fits the Type 9 bell-housing OK, but the locating diameter is 76mm, not the more "normal" 90mm, which seems to be the regular Sierra version.

Anyone know what else it might fit?

Good point. Will try to get that sorted today.

Thanks everyone for your replies.

Here is the "old" starter motor, with the 76mm locating dia.

Is it for the M75 gearbox?
