For anyone switching from Bt and normally payed by credit card change to direct debit before migration -- BT have a nasty habit of continuing to
charge on credit cards after migration.
Also note that Tiscali have for a long period consistantly been rated below even BT , AOL and Wannadoo in customer ratings at the adslguide.org.uk
--- that takes some doing.
Me ? I am with Zen and very happy--- no outages, dns servers that work, no lost mail, only a tiny ammount of spam. 8 static IPs a truly massive
ammount of webspace and no caps on downloads. :-)

Dificult tell if they are any good -- not listed by adslguide which means they are a small outfit --- which could be good or bad as generally the
ISPs with the worst reputations are the very big ones. But to resell the BT Home product range at those prices the profit margin must be tiny and
they charge little for setup/migration, to me the economics just don't make sense
It is really worth digging around at the adslguide site before switching ISP as the customer service from some big ISPs is truly appalling.

I had just been looking into that one and wondering if it will be reliable. Seem to have a link to one of the domain name resellers who have been
around for some time.

Notice there is no contention ratio mentioned on that site! I'd be wary.
It's worth noting - with the new capacity based charging model BT have introduced all broadband is definatly not the same. Make sure you check
contention ratios at least - just because it's a 512k tail doesn't mean they have the capacity on their backbone. This is how the very
cheap and 'capped' services work. Ideal if you're just sending the odd email and checking ebay once a week but for any serious user
you will be disappointed.
