1977 Spitfire 1500 - low mileage

A mate's about to advertise his Spitfire for sale if anyone's after a nice ready to use classic?
I've got a load more photos if anyone wants a better look.

Here for sale is my classic British 1977 Triumph Spitfire 1500 in Old English White.
Genuine 37700 miles with plenty of old MOTs and service history to prove.
Full Stainless Steel exhaust which sounds fantastic
Hard top in matching white, has a slight dent at the front but does have its own hood cover.
Lovely clean black vinyl interior.
As you can see from the pictures the paintwork is in very good condition with just a couple of signs of bubbling on the front valance and minor cracking / chips near the headlights.
Will come with 12 months MOT (no advisories the previous 2 years)
Extensive history file
Private reg.
Garaged over winter
Basically it's a lovely classic Spitfire that's ready to use this summer and cherish for many years to come.
£5000 ono

Hi there,

Would it be possible to see a few pictures of the interior, the boot and some of the debt at the front please.

Thanks again in advance.
Regards,
Danny

Nice. I've a soft spot for Spitfires, having owned three of them in my distant past. Two Mk3s and a 1500.

Here's some hardtop pics. Apparently the previous owner installed a latching bolt that was too long and proceeded to tighten it up against the roof skin, denting it upwards, cracking the paint leading to the rust blister shown. Looks like a very easy repair to me tbh. Headlining is all good.
