st170 front and rear brakes

It seems to have been coverd a couple of times before with differing responces
but could I clarify if I get a st170 donor for the engine can I use the front brakes ( hubs redrilled size wise )
AND do the rears also fit with spacers etc

it would be nice to do all the bits in one go instead of all the messing shopping here and there then I can sell on fleabay the leftovers and cover most of the cost of the engine and brakes ????

The st170 front calipers don't even fit the non st focus with out swapping the uprights / hubs. The calipers of choice for non st hubs are the mk3 mondeo's. No idea on the rears.

Don't be so sure of making cash on a donor. There are only a few bits worth money.

Engine and Imrc are the main two. Even the gearbox is worthless due to dual mass fly and odd clutch. Even the interior is worthless unless you get the FULL leather interior.

I have one on the drive minus engine, box and interior and I can't give it away.

Well you can use the fronts but not as a direct bolt on fit.

Come and take the st on my drive away and you can have the brakes for free
