I have a set of those I have never fitted if you want to buy them, can get measurements for you
I decided to go for wind deflectors in the end.
£100 plus post
Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

Hi they are full doors same ones as the eBay link.
When I'm back home tomorrow I can measure any dim you need.
