Granada vs Sierra Pinto

Hello
Kind of new here, and wondering if anyone can help.
I know that the injected Sierra pintos and transits pintos use the 205 block and heavy duty pistons as well as bronze bearings opposed to white metal bearings but my question is does anyone know for a fact wether the Injected Granada uses the above mentioned parts?
I would also like to know if the granada uses the type 9 gearbox or if they went from 4spd straight to MT75 5spd?
Please help, Many Thanks.
Nick

1. Not sure if Grandads had the '205' block.

2. But I know that my Dad's 'E' reg 2.9i VR6 has a Type9. They changed to the MT75 the next year I believe.

HTH,

James

Yep, Granadas had the 205 block too. Easy to tell, the number '205' is cast into the block, down by the distributor mount IIRC....

Dont just build it.....make it!
