service instructions for 40 DHLA dellortos

Just bought some service kits off ebay, but they have no instructions. Is it easy to do or can somebody send me some instructions.
Thanks
Darren

I imagine you strip the carbs, clean them, then put them back together but using the new bits you get with the service pack.

the trick is to remember where the bits came from and put them back in the same place

Cheers

Mark

If you've got a digital camera (camera phone might do), just take lots of photos when you dismantel the carb. That way when you come to put it back together you can use the photos for reference.

Try the Eurocarb website, HERE, the click on "Car carb" and then "DHLA".

It shows a exploded parts and a guide for tuning and how the carb works.

Hope this helps Dan.

Thanks for the link Dan. Only 102 parts should be able to do that with my eyes closed.

Look out for my post next week 'WANTED- Person to put carbs back together'
