What's the requirement for the horn?

As long as it doesn't play Cololeneenel Mustard you should be ok.

Can confirm that, I had my SVA today and had a mad panic with 5 mins to go when the horn didn't work. Fixed it in time (lose wire) only to be told that it wasn't a requirement for the test
