Con or Not???
Received a letter this morning from the Courts Funds Office in London. It states that there is an Unclaimed amount of money at their office.
And that they are trying to trace relevant parties involved.
Well they got my name right and even my middle name, but they state they are looking for matches of this name???
They also state that it was from the early 90's.. well i'm only 24 so it makes me wonder if this could be some kind of con.
They mention a solicitors that i cant find on the net, plus I cant find a telephone number that matches the one on the letter either, but it is very
similar to other numbers for different offices in that building.
The only thing i can imagine is that my late grandfather had some sort of investment for me... or they have the wrong person... or its a con.
Anyone else heard about this before? Guess i better just ring on monday and find out..

If you can find a switchboard number for the Courts Funds Office in London telephone directory, ring it and ask for the name or department on the
letter. Should be safe.

I'm with Dusty. Get a number out of the book and ring them. If the department doesn't exist you'll be doing them a favour.
