round light

What have other people done to fix this type of light?
As I’m planning to fix them this weekend but looking at them there is no good space to bolt on

from memory, there are 2 or 3 holes in the bulb holder,the holes are then drilled through the rubber bits & self tappered into the wing or mounting

I fitted some like that to my old car, they were Land Rover lights, and had 3 small(3-4mm)holes in the flat part of the metal bulb holder.
