Type 9 Gearbox

Hi All,

I am using a type 9 gearbox from a 2.9 capri and bolting t on to a 2.9i Sierra engine, i.e. replacing the 4WD MT75.

Can any one tell me it the cluch arm and bearing from the MT75 with fit on the type 9?

Thanks in advance

I don't think the MT75 stuff is interchangeable.

If I were you I would get a 2.8i XR4x4 clutch release arm, bearing and possibly the bellhousing too. These all fit the 2.9 engine and the 2.8 4x4 sierra used the type 9 gearbox in 4wd adapted form.
