It says health and safety manager on my contract but I seem to do everything else nobody wants to do.
Thats the downside of being a practical sort (time served carpenter) but hey it pays for the hobby

Retail Space Designer (well someone has too )

I've got a degree in Automotive engineering though - one week about 4 years ago I had one interview with a FIA GT race team based near Runcorn and another with a Shopfitter, the shopfitters offered me waay more money and here I am........... Haven't regreted the decision once and it's cool to know that I could have had the 'dream' job (although in reality it probably would have been far from it) if I'd have wanted to.

Art founder. Cast works of art into bronze, copper or ally, though last week we did a pour with 22kg of silver for a not so local jeweller.

Would of been an expensive fup if pot had popped or mould split

My actual job title is UTC Engineer, which basically means controlling and managing traffic control systems for the local authority. But enough of the boring career stuff....

Will be a qualified tig and mig welder within a couple of weeks when i complete my Cambridge Institute of Welders Level 2 course that i have been taking two eves a week.

I also run my own little company coating dash boards for rally cars, www.suffolkflockingservices.co.uk, which seems to take up all my spare time at the mo hence not much progress on the car!

14 years as a bored quality controller ( stuck it as the engineering workshop was superb),
Made redundant and took my LGV1, hated every minute of it.
Sacked it and now working for myself fixing cars'n houses. No more getting up at daft 'o'clock
and working 50 odd hours a week, well happy

So why is the build not progressing any better ??????????????????
