uprights and shocks

thanks for the information on what is the best seering rack, now if you could help what are the best uprights and shock absorbers to use in double wish bone surspention as found on most locosts.

For the uprights, Cortina items are generally best, or if you have more money, the aftermarket ally jobs are supposed to be better, and lighter. As per shocks, I was once told buy the best you can afford.
Incidentally, that doesn't necessarily mean buying new either.

IMHO the only shocks to buy are ProTec. and Faulkner springs.

Gaz or Protech are probably the best to go for for price/performance.
