It may be because lots of people on this forum are loyal to MK and don't like their designs being ripped off. Make your own you idle bugger!!!

i wasn't going to rip the designs off. As i said i am going to buy the wishbones / hub uprights. I am laying out the chassis at the moment and was wanting some info as to the spacing of the rails that carry said mounting points so i can get the thing laid out.
ps if i was a idle bugger i would buy a ready made chassis not make it myself

It was Newark where Liam made that mistake last year wasn't it?

Timf,
I was thinking of doing the same myself for awhile and Martin was cool about giving me the dimensions once I'd put my order in!

Bear in mind though, that the widths between the bush tubes are different on the Indy than The Book so you'll have to mess about with stuff like the positioning of FU1/2 and 'E' that supports them.

HTH,

James

Nice one Ned!

Good thing your going to order yours under a different name!

Although I reckon that info's gotta be worth a few quid for those of us who know who you really are!

Otherwise you'll get the w'bones where they 'forgot' to turn on the gas and the wheels fall off!

Cheers,

James
