alternator/nose

now have a new problem, i had my alternator mounted high (super six style) but nose wont fit so have to put it in original place,large thing in a small place!!! any ideas???

You don't say what engine!

But a smaller 'pulley compatible' alternator would seem the obvious answer!

I've used a Bedford Rascal alt' with my Pinto for example.

Sounds like u need a smaller alt. Have u got pinto with pinto alt??

Iv got a dihatsu charade alt on my zetec.

thanks for all the advice, i managed to get it fitted tonight!! Just looked through your archive,QUALITY build !!, are you running 17" rims if so did you have to do any mods on the body? also i have my brake lines the same as yours but people keep saying my fluid will boil (from exhaust) have you had any problems?
