Flywheel for zetec
I'm going to put a zetec and a type 9 together (well, one of these days, anyway...). I've got a 2.0 blacktop from a '99 Focus.
I've already got a 1.8 clutch kit for a Mk1 Mondeo (cover and plate), a spiogot bearing and a release baering (CCT133).
Question is: what flywheel do I need. I've read the 2.0 flywheel is too heavy, so a 1.8 is in order. Do I need a flywheel from a 1.8 Focus or
from a 1.8 Mondeo? Or are they the same?
Build manual? What build manual?

I think they are the same.
The 1.8 CVH flywheel is lighter still, but doesn't have teeth for the crank trigger.

You need a flywheel from a 1.8 zetec IMU.
It helps with the weight and also the connection of the starter to the flywheel ring.
