Can't collect e-mail from POP Server

For the last couple of days I have been unable to collect e-mail in my locostbuilders.co.uk account.

Outlook prompts for a user name and pwd which it's never done before.

Anyone aware of any problems there ?

I'm dealing with it - should be up again in a few hours but you will need to change your POP3 settings and FTP server.

Outgoing email should be going through your ISP not through any of my systems. If it's all configured right you'll need to have a word with them.
