What a great afternoon like a dog with two
Following on from this post where I could not get any oil presure whats so
ever.
I was sure it was a miss match of parts in the refurbed oil pump and it was.
A big thanks to Stevec who got me an as new oil pump.
Finished rebuilding it and mounted it to my test trolly, took the plugs out and spun it over and got presure with in a couple of seconds

Now I need to get a synchrometer. Any one got one befor I stump up £40

Sounds sweet I like the flames out the exhaust or lack of

I have a synchro, but its at home. If you can wait a couple of weeks you are welcome to borrow it.

If it would be of any use, I've got a Morgan Carbtune,the older mercury version, which you can borrow? I set
the(exceedingly shagged) twin Dellortos on my mates Esprit with them and they worked OK then

It hooked up OK to a very worn pair of Dellorto DHLA45s. There's a blanking screw you remove allowing you to screw in a hose tail adaptor and
thence the hose to the vacuum gauge.
