Wobbly Mounting Removal

I am about to start Operation Clean up of my type 9 Gearbox. There is a rather large wobbly mounting on the bottom of
the gearbox. It looks like it's melded to the gearbox by the rubber mountings.
There does not appear to be any other bolts or screws holding it on. Can any body help me.
A: Presumably it needs to come off in the first place?? and
B: How do it?? and
C: Do I need any specialist tools??

Thx in advance
