Hayabusa dry sump
Evnin all knowing peeps!
New bit of kit showed up today :-
And Ive fathomed out most of it, ( no diagrams or instructions..).
However I have a dilemma. There are two baffles, one is for the sump, and the other for the clutch. Now I know which is which, (!), however I cant
suss out where the clutch baffle fits. Am I to understand that I remove the clutch cover to fit it? Or should I be looking underneath where I am at
the mo?
Also should I renew the sump gasket on final fit? Or will a little Hylomar on the original do the trick?
Tank e all kind sirs!
If its broke, fix it. If it aint broke, take it apart and find out how it works!

Take the clutch cover off, the baffle sits at the bottom of the case in there. You can fit it with the plates still in (just). It's self
explanatory when you see it, trust me! two cap headed bolts in there hold it on.
Looks V nice, cost much??

Cheers bud! Much appreciated.
Cost?? Definatly not locost! However its a well made piece of kit and comprises of everything you see in the pic, plus electric water pump and was
considerably less then a Pace set up. I also think its better in as much as the pace pump extends quite away from the block. This pump is much more
compact.
Im also not entierely sure that the Pace sump has the extra filters?

Don't use hylomar, evil stuff inside an engine, just get a new gasket.
